- Hi I started reading your book “escape from home” and it ended kinda abruptly….is there more or is that it??? Hope all is well with you and your family. (Larry)
Yes, there is more…a lot more! I love that story and a bunch happens…lots of action. I have written most of the rough draft. But it takes a huge amount of time to write, edit, edit again…and edit again. About 6 – hours for each day’s entry. But it is my first love and my passion. For a couple years now I got caught up in writing about current events and warning what is happening, what is coming, and why. But, I have made a commitment to get back to the story…it is just about timing at this point. I will let everyone know when it starts back up.
- I love your posts…..you seem to bring reality to issues most people either don’t want to talk about or face the signs of the times. My husband & I continue to seek & search for what is happening around us and prepare accordingly. Thank you for your knowledge and experiences. (Gloria)
You sound like a very level-headed prepper…THANK YOU! You are exactly the demographic (type of people) that I want coming to my website and reading what I have to say. Keep doing what you are doing…you are on the right path!! And thank you for the kind compliment.
- I believe some of your past articles are important enough to save for the long term, so I have copied them, converting them to a pdf if necessary and put them on an sd card which I gave to my children, most of whom have no interest in anything ‘prepper’. I expect them to change their mind when today isn’t like yesterday, then your information will be useful but the means to access it will be gone, perhaps forever. But, I look at the titles and categories your articles have and have no real way to know what else to capture. I wish you had a facility where I could easily download the most important and useful (in the long term, post disaster) articles. Even if here was a charge for them, reasonable I hope. Also, every now and then, I look for more installments of your story, and am sad when I don’t find any. I do understand that the situation in the world and the US has changed making the premise of the story somewhat dated, but I look hopefully regardless. I appreciate the depth of your analysis and the conclusions you draw from them, and hope I am following your advice adequately, but I wonder how much of this will be salient post disaster when my kids are actually willing to listen. Could the advice be a bit too late to make a substantive difference? Thanks (Robin)
Unfortunately many folks have their head in the sand…and some of them just because they see themselves as too busy. Can’t do to much for those that don’t want to see it. I think there is no one more deaf than those who don’t want to hear. You capturing those articles was a great idea. Some of my articles I already converted to PDF files click here for that list. I will try to do more conversion as time permits.
Always…always…be hopeful. Hope is linked to faith as well. No matter what I write about, no matter what my articles may sound like, no matter how gloomy the situation appears…I am still hopeful and have faith that everything will turn out fine. Sure, there will be bumps, bruises, and even tragedies along the way…but, individuals, families, congregations, and communities will be pockets of consitutionalists who love rights, freedoms, and liberties…and who also love God…and will standup for what they believe in. Paradise is the best word I can think of to describe those places.
Any quality information is always right at any time…and it will always make a difference.
Send me your thoughts, ideas, comments, questions, and concerns…
