• Are you saying all CBP agents guilty of treason?

Let’s clarify a couple of things; 1) I used the term ‘employees’ and not ‘agents’, 2) I actually asked the question, I didn’t answer it.

Okay, now let me respond to your question directly. No.

Both tests have to be answered in the affirmative; 1) are they giving aid and comfort, 2) do they ‘adhere’ to the illegal aliens. In this legal context ‘adhere’ translates to…does a CPB employee “intellectually or emotionally favor the enemy and harbors sympathies or convictions disloyal to this country’s policy or interest.”

With all of that being said…I would guess most CBP employees are not guilty of treason…but CBP as an agency is. How so?

I am sure that many CBP employees would make the statement, “I am just following orders” as they pass out food and water, handout housing vouchers, help illegals onto busses, give them a hand through the razor wire, etc.. I would think a good many CBP employees don’t have sympathies or convictions for these illegals and are also disloyal to the country’s policies…as defined by the legal terminology. And therein the problem becomes clear.

The country’s policy now is to let all of these illegals in…even when they know that they are letting in some of the worst criminals that this country can imagine. And the policy also welcomes spies, religious zealots bent on doing harm to the country, sleeper cell soldiers, hit-men, drug dealers, human traffickers, etc.. Why else would they allow it to happen? The government knows about, and allows, hundreds of thousands of young children into this country illegally…knowing full well that tens of thousands of those young children will end up in slave labor and/or the sex trade. Why else would they allow it to happen? Why else does the government not even know where these kids are…or even trying to find them?

So it is the country’s policy to allow this horrific evil to take place. Obviously there would be few CBP employees that would have sympathies or convictions that would support such activity. But those same CBP employees continue to allow this evil to take place. So what is their responsibility and are they guilty of something?

Well, let’s look at history…It was common for Nazis accused of war crimes in post-war Europe to use the defense, “I was just following orders.” How did that work out for them? How does that defense sit with you?

But, just for a moment turn it around 180 degrees. What if 1000 whistle blowers came forward from the FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF, and DHS? What if those 1000 exposed just 20% of the illegal activities from each of those agencies? What would you think of those folks? For me…I would consider them some of the bravest and most courageous souls who ever walked on American soil!!!!  Heroes, every one of them!!

So which employees would you respect more, think more highly of, or see in the positive light of the Constitution?

No, they are not guilty of treason…although I would bet at least some are. But the majority are perfectly content to see our country ruined and countless lives and families destroyed by this invasion of illegal aliens. If not, why aren’t they speaking up and blowing the whistle on the actual traitors and criminals in our government ?

And, why wouldn’t this also apply to all federal law enforcement agencies?

Apply this test to all of these agencies and all of their employees…Why would good people allow these evil things to occur and not say anything?

Let’s look at what some really smart and knowledgeable people have to say…
