FISA = Traitors ?

  • Do you think passing FISA is an act of treason?

Well, FISA is all about by-passing (ignoring) the Constitution regarding spying on US citizens. Don’t be fooled by its name Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Congress has exposed the fact that US law enforcement agencies, primarily the FBI, have used FISA hundreds of thousands of times to illegally spy on US citizens. And that is not some wild-eyed speculation or conspiracy theory…it is 100% fact with the evidence to prove it to be true and it was shown in Congressional hearings.

FISA is everything that is in direct opposition of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Our Founding Fathers would speak out against it with every fiber of their soul. And that is exactly why the US federal government loves it! FISA somehow justifies the unconstitutional actions of US federal law enforcement agencies…an authoritarian’s dream come true.

So you have federal law enforcement agencies, who are not authorized by the Constitution, using laws that are not only not authorized by the Constitution, they are in direct opposition to the Constitution. Hummmm…

So you have to ask yourself, what is the “traitor” status of those who wrote the law, voted for the law, and use the law?

Once again, for me, knowing the answer to that question helps clearly define who is on what side of the line in the US when it comes to good vs evil and liberty vs authoritarianism. Yup, pretty damn clear!

Remember, it was FISA that was used to start the coup against Trump.
