The Great Change (Chapter 6)

PART ONE — THE PLAN

– Chapter 6 –

The Next Phase

2008–2022 | Crisis, leverage, and expanding control

Epstein’s first serious legal trouble in Florida in 2005 had alarmed men far removed from the beaches and private aircraft. Exposure threatened the network of favors, recordings, and introductions on which Davos relied. The Gatekeeper arranged for allies inside the CIA and Justice Department to narrow the danger, reduce the risk of exposure. The result was an outcome that left Epstein protected enough to remain useful and angry enough to believe he deserved a larger share of the rewards.

Every year he demanded more money. The demands changed the calculation, changed the risk exposure. By 2019 Davos no longer regarded him as a discreet instrument but as a liability with an inventory of secrets. The Gatekeeper helped arrange a federal arrest that looked to the outside world like a belated reckoning. The confinement served another purpose: it placed Epstein where the operation could reach him without negotiating. His death was recorded as suicide. In reality it had been planned and executed by the Gatekeeper’s CIA network, with a less than convincing public suicide story prepared to outlive the man.

Before the first female president was the first dementia president. There had been other presidents that suffered various physical problems, even disabilities. A couple had minor mental issues along with one that had suffered a debilitating stroke.

President Wilson was one of the most evil and cruel men to ever occupy the White House; his depth of inhumanity was unmatched by any other president. Psychopathy was the official term that described him but ‘monster’ was the usual term used by those who opposed him. On top of being a raging racist, he held no restraint in dealing with his enemies…permanently.

J. Edgar Hoover was a tool often used by Wilson…a very, very lethal tool…a more corrupt soul never walked the streets of Washington DC. Wilson had Hoover put in charge of the Palmer Raids from 1919–1920. It was brutal and eventually stopped. But it proved their theory and led to Hoover’s rise in the predecessor agency of the FBI as a reward.

Hoover was also paranoid on top of being a psychopath…the perfect combination for the leader of the nation’s top law enforcement agency which would become known as the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The theory they proved was…

“Public fear → demands for protection → extraordinary government powers → violations of individual rights without opposition.”

And individual rights were the opposition to what the time period’s authoritarians sought…totalitarianism. J. Edgar Hoover was the means, the instrument, to give them just that…a police state.

“Dementia Dan” was the previous president’s nickname among his party and everyone else…when behind closed doors. And as with Wilson, his wife too ran the presidency behind closed doors. And rather than be called the “first lady” she demanded people call her Doctor.

No, she was not a medical doctor in any sense of the word. She had received a Doctorate of Psychology from the International University of Behavioral Sciences located in Belize. A truly mocked diploma mill offering doctorates in psychology via a six month correspondence course.

That didn’t mean she didn’t understand psychology and know how to manipulate people…she was a master at it. And Jan had been the perfect choice to become Dementia Dan’s wife exactly 5 years after his first wife was killed in a small plane crash. He had fallen for her immediately…he didn’t have much choice in the matter. She was a trained expert. Trained from the ages of 18–21 during a failed marriage to an older man. More of a training academy if truth be told.

COVID first raised its head in 2019 in China. The lab, funded by an arm of the CIA, was experimenting with a “gain-of-function” for a very brutal form of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. SARS stands for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, and CoV stands for coronavirus. The particular strain of coronavirus they were experimenting with had a mortality rate slightly under 10%. COVID-19 was being designed to be about 1–3% fatal.

The goal with COVID-19 was not to be more lethal, that wouldn’t accomplish their goals. They were looking for “enhancement of a potential pandemic pathogen” (ePPP). They wanted panic…they wanted public fear. That was their goal.

In 2008 the economics crew had run dozens of simulations of how to move wealth in huge numbers. The kind of numbers that could buy small countries. The executive leadership crew added an additional mission…control.

Not just any control…they wanted the kind of control that could manipulate an entire country like the USA. The kind of control that would easily get law enforcement buy-in. But even more…the kind of control that could turn neighbor against neighbor…that was real control. With that their plan’s timeline could move up a couple of decades. They might just live to see it personally.

The simulations were being run at various universities as graduate projects by some of the best young economic minds academia had to offer. None of them knew the actual mission of what they were doing…but their dedication to the research was unwavering.

Maybe it would have been less so if they actually knew what they were doing.

University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)’s research surprised everyone at Davos in January 2009. They had the best model, the model that would now accomplish the two primary missions and do so with almost 100% certainty of success. The competition had been sponsored by a private foundation backed by several Davos participants, giving the prize money a respectable public explanation. UTEP, as the institution, had been awarded the competition’s $5 million prize. Pride was noticeable on campus…probably shouldn’t have been.

UTEP had been an underdog but not by much. What they had was a well-rounded and established computational science program with research spanning infectious disease modeling, mathematical finance, economics, and predictive algorithms.

After the competition’s conclusion, and before the end of the semester, three members of that team would be offered jobs at a company called LupeT, which developed mobile location-sharing technology. They could hardly believe their good luck with their initial salary offers. But that was not the most intriguing to the three.

LupeT’s CEO interviewed them personally for nearly 12 hours total. Breakfast started the interview at 6 a.m.. Lunch was relaxing but exciting at the same time, very personal and intimate. By mid-afternoon Samuel Alden spilled the beans.

Half their time would be working on LupeT projects to prepare the company to be sold. Alden was already involved with a company called Y Combinator. Alden’s vision was clarifying to himself and others…he would change the world. Simple as that. He just needed the right team.

The combination of his vision and his passion convinced the UTEP students to leave college before the completion of their degrees to join Alden’s vision.

Alden explained they would spend a month at a time working on LupeT projects. Then a month at a time working on a semi-secret computer project figuring out how to make computers learn on their own. It would be math based, but that was about all Alden knew. It would be up to these three brainiacs to figure out how to make that happen.

Two college-aged males and a young woman, a second-year computer science major with a second major in science, became not only close friends with Samuel Alden…they began to change the world. Alden couldn’t stick around that evening to celebrate with them, he had stayed too long as it was. He had a 10-hour drive to make. He was headed to McGregor, Texas some 600 miles east of where they were sitting.

He was meeting with the head of research at a rocket-engine development and testing facility. Then the following day was headed back to California by private jet to Hawthorne Municipal Airport. There he was going to spend about 30 minutes with the head of SpaceXT. Alden was sure he could convince their CEO, Elias Mercer, to join his vision of what would change the world…even more than SpaceXT already was doing. To change the world he would have 30 minutes to convince one of the brightest minds in the world…and he would.

That night the three ex-students celebrated only as math nerds could…they talked mathematics till the early hours of the morning. They carefully crafted letters to withdraw from UTEP’s math department with grace, burning no bridges behind them. They all headed to their respective living arrangements delirious with the anticipation and confidence of youth.

They had a chance to change the world…now that’s a dream not every math whiz gets.

Susan was particularly thrilled…in a sibling rivalry kind of way. The bi-weekly income deposits would be amazing to say the least. The real pay-off would be the bragging rights to her parents. Finally she could outshine her brother. He had wandered around academically in high-school, done poorly. Joined the Army after their father had insisted it would give him more discipline in his life. But it didn’t get much better after he left the Army.

He had returned home, taken a couple of nothing jobs but finally landed a job at the El Paso Times as a paid-per-piece reporter. It wasn’t until she was in her first year of junior high school that he finally made something of himself…he got a job offer from Associated Press. He was surprised and he was thrilled. Susan couldn’t understand why anyone would hire him at all.

When Sam called back home and told them he was headed to Afghanistan for AP to report on the war, Susan was actually worried about her brother for the first time in her life. Sam had always been a pain and lazy and not living up to his potential. But now, Susan realized she loved her brother…and was troubled for his safety more than she expected. That night she prayed for her brother to be safe. She hadn’t exercised her faith in years…she did that night.

Samuel Alden’s week didn’t fare quite as well as his new math whiz employees. His tour of the plant in McGregor was nothing short of dazzling. He had never seen nor even heard of a manufacturing and testing plant like the one he saw. It was to say the least…futuristic.

Late in the day the late-model black Denali was waiting for him. It was a short ride to McGregor Executive Airport, an old mile-long WWII runway that now served as a local airport. No coincidence that it was 4 miles from Mercer’s facility.

Boarding the Dassault Falcon 900B, Alden was impressed. The French-built, three-engine executive jet, typically configured for 12 passengers, had been sent to fetch him to Hawthorne. Samuel Alden was about to meet one of the most brilliant men of the 21st century.

Alden was disappointed the next day. More so than he could imagine, but all was not lost. Mr. Mercer said he was impressed with Alden’s idea but he was busy at the moment and wanted to schedule a follow-up meeting. Alden was trying hard to contain his excitement…a difficult task considering the stakes.

Elias Mercer left the meeting but his assistant entered the room to set the follow-up appointment. The assistant mentioned summer at the earliest…the summer of 2010. Mr. Mercer had nothing open before then. Someone from their office would contact Alden in the spring to set an exact date and time. One stipulation…Alden would have to sell LupeT before the meeting. Alden agreed before he had thought it through. Alden had a 350-mile opportunity to his offices in Mountain View, California to consider the potential mistake, or the brilliant decision, he had just made.

Back home Susan had called her brother to tell him the incredible news. He wasn’t following how she and two other college nerds were able to morph a turn of the century police state tactic of panic into protection demands into extraordinary police powers into cash. He just couldn’t get it. Susan felt bad that her reporter brother hadn’t been blessed with a higher IQ…but she was patient…but to no avail.

Her brother had to cut the call short. It was late in the day and he was about to embed with a group of Army Rangers providing support for a mission to capture a well-known Taliban leader turned US supporter. He had learned the guy was a major drug lord but now wanted to serve the US interests in his country. Sam was excited to get a chance to interview him.

Sam congratulated his sister and her nerd friends and wished her well with living in the land of Californicators. He hung up before she could reply with sarcasm of her own.

At Davos in January 2020, Block Safety representatives arrived expecting to present the next generation of public-safety equipment. Their existing camera network had grown beyond the neighborhood market the crews had once discussed. The pitch now involved drones dispatched automatically when a police department received an emergency call or when the camera system identified a vehicle of interest. A drone could reach a scene before an officer, show dispatchers what was happening, and help police find a missing child or follow a fleeing suspect. The presentation was enthusiastic and, for the most part, sincere. The engineers believed they were building something that would save lives.

The Gatekeeper wanted to know when it would be ready. The project manager said they could target 2022, provided the development and testing proceeded as planned. Kraus asked whether the company was prepared to make that a commitment. The Block executive hesitated, looked at his colleagues, and said yes.

Seal was sitting at the far end of the table, listening closely. When the discussion turned to how the drones would identify a suspect and maintain contact, he proposed integrating the dispatch software with VanitarT’s analysis systems. That would let the aircraft receive information from multiple sources and return its observations to a central intelligence platform. The Block engineers talked about faster police response. The Gatekeeper talked about coverage. Nobody asked him to explain the difference.

By the end of 2022, the promised live operation had not materialized. There had been progress, demonstrations, and no shortage of reassuring reports, but the system wasn’t ready. Block’s senior people were summoned to another private meeting, where they discovered that the Gatekeeper’s patience had run out. He listened to their explanations about flight endurance, software reliability, and regulatory approvals…then he asked very quietly whether they understood the consequences of missing a commitment. The room went silent.

He went on to demand an aircraft capable of carrying three times the weight of the originally proposed camera package. The engineers protested that this would mean redesigning substantial portions of the platform.

Then came the requirement that made the chief engineer stare at him. The camera assembly was to be capable of being released in flight and replaced quickly with another unit. The engineer said there was no reason for a police drone to discard an expensive camera. It could simply return to base for service. The Gatekeeper let him finish. ‘The cameras will be jettisonable,’ he said. He offered no explanation, and nobody on his side of the table appeared surprised.

Block was also directed to work jointly with VanitarT on the software: automated dispatch, locating and tracking a subject, and sending the resulting information to VanitarT’s central AI system. The engineers left with a list of requirements they had never proposed and the uncomfortable knowledge that refusing them was not an option.

In Davos, all were happy. They had a proven method to accomplish both their goals. Once again…wealth transferred to the wealthy and a true test of the world’s receptivity to authoritarianism.

The group’s estimates of COVID-related deaths worldwide ranged from 7–18 million. No matter…a small price to pay for such an operation if it proved successful. Progress always came at a cost. People were always an acceptable cost.

Understanding the actual threats of COVID, the 2020 Davos meeting would be held as normal and finalize The Great Reset. The WEF was not going to hide their agenda…rather, put it out there for all to see by mid-year. Besides, the world was simply too dumb to see it for what it was and too timid to do anything about it even if they did.

That was the problem with the lower classes; ignorance, timidity, and indolence. And that is exactly why people needed to be led by strong leaders…strong rich leaders…very, very rich leaders.

The 2021 “Davos Agenda” would be held virtually. And the executive leadership would be safe and sound isolated from any threat of exposure. But each would have a full medical team at the ready just in case.

By mid-year 2022 the world would be a far different place. And the United States would have been sufficiently fragmented, alienated, and subjugated. The last hurdle would be overcome…overcome without them even knowing it.
