Thanksgiving – 2023 !

Yes, the world is in turmoil, our country is in dire straights. But today, Thanksgiving 2023, let us be thankful, very thankful, for all the good in our lives, our families, our dear friends, and the wonderful blessings we have been given this past year.

Happy Thanksgiving !

I will tell you this…in 2023 the best blessing I received, the one I am most thankful for, is hearing my doctor say, “Yup, you are cancer free.”

The #2 & #3 blessings…the PA that discovered the cancer and the technician that ran the radiation machine for the 7 weeks I received treatment that disposed of the cancer.

Thank you Lord!

  1. Now, change your diet to be anti-inflamatory so the cancer doesnt come back. Most anti-inflamatory diets are excluding most grains and high glycemic foods. Also, clean up your protein so that your meats are not inflamatory. What does that mean, you ask? Eat meat from animals that eat their natural diet; cows need to eat only grasses, no grain. The cow’s digestive tract is not designed for grains, so they become all inflamed inside and then you eat all that inflamation. Pigs- no corn because it is gmo. Fish-all wild, not farmed.
    Hope this helps,
    congratulations,

    • Debi,
Just go ahead a shoot me 😉
So does that mean no Pepsi, no bacon, no homemade sourdough bread, no chocolate chip cookies…
      Wait, Pepsi isn’t really a food…so I guess I am ok 🙂

      • Yes, its difficult to make changes, but I have done it. First I found out that I was reacting to 90% of the food I was eating. Talk about being hard, That was! Then I had the C and was not getting my energy back fast enough, so I called my naturpathic doctor and he ordered up some blood work. Then tells me I have to go on an anti-inflamatory diet. More changes.

So, yes, no more sodas except kombucha types and lolipop types, no wheat, no rice, no white potatoes, no sugar, no beef, no pork. And I couldnt eat chicken. I have lost several inches and feel alive again. Dont do it all at once, just take one aspect at a time until its a habit, then work on the next bad habit.

I do still have lots of wheat, oats, and barley I havent eaten, but others will. I have found lots of new foods to eat that I love and have new healthy cheats that I can eat. You can do this, if you want more help, email me.

    • Thank you Ron, that was very kind of you.
It was on the heels of a failed operation on my leg nerve problem in July, so it kind of set me back a bit.
But my wife and the good Lord saw me through it.
Lot’s of blessings, tender mercies, and awesomeness going on right now in this crazy world.
It was good to hear from you!
