Escape from Tucson: Day 5 – Sunday (evening)

I really don’t want to walk tonight, I’m tired, I am missing home, and I am missing Lisa. Actually, I don’t even know if Lisa is even alive. I don’t even know if I have a home left to go home to!

I am nearly sixty-two freaking years old…what am I thinking!?!?!?!?

How can I even imagine I am able to walk over three hundred miles through the desert in the freaking summer?????????

I am just going to sleep tonight. I don’t want to walk anywhere. I am so tired.
