I’ve watched the entirety of the interview Tucker Carlson had with Russian President Putin; some parts twice. Interesting to say the least. I will be commenting on it later, probably Monday. In the meantime I would like you to listen to the entire interview yourself BEFORE you read anyone’s commentary on the interview. Watch it even before you talk to anyone about it.
Why?
I want you to listen to it objectively and openly before anyone can influence you. This is important…very, very important. I want you to hear their own words…not someone’s take on their words and messages.

I agree 100% with MamaGrizzly. Is Putin telling the truth? Maybe, maybe not, but I do know one thing and that is that our own government is lying 100% of the time. Putin pointed out something that we have found long ago. If our politicians make an agreement, they are not to be trusted. They will not stand behind their own words.
Another thing I discovered is that my respect for Tucker Carlson dropped way down. He went there to interview Putin, not to ask for the release of a prisoner. He did that to put Putin on the spot, and that wasn’t right, and then to keep asking why Putin doesn’t call up our side and say he is ready to negotiate and end to the war in Ukraine. Putin is winning the war, why should he be the one to grovel? Putin’s response to both of Tuckers demands showed me that Putin is really on the ball. I only wish our own leader, “let’s go Brandon” could think on his feet like that.
Sorry for the comment, I’ve been trying to be the gray man, but this interview got me hot under the collar. Tucker blew it and Putin shined…..

I’m not sure I agree with you about Tucker. He went there because noone else would. That’s just what he does. In my book he’s already done all he has to to earn my respect, multiple times over. As for the specifics of any one interview, I’ll willingly suspend my disbelief because there’s so stinking much nuance involved that I DON’T know or understand.

I’m sorry, but from the beginning of this sordid mess, my instincts just have told me that of all the players and parties involved, I trust Putin more than any of the rest of them, than all of the rest of them put together. Zelensky is just Biden’s b@#$%, and vice versa. The BidenObamaClinton Deep State and the rotten corrupt Ukrainian government are so deep in bed with each other that I doubt either has seen the light of day for years. Is Putin a good guy? Hardly. But in my book he has more integrity in his little finger than the whole incestuous tangle of bad actors mentioned in their entire intertwined physiologies. I heard more honesty coming out of his mouth in that interview than I’ve heard come from the talking heads in our government in decades.
