Woman driving car is stopped in the middle of the street in front of an unmarked ICE vehicle. Two ICE agents approach her car from the left, another ICE agent positions himself in front of her car (that agent is unseen at this point). One of the ICE agents is cussing at her like a common street thug…not as a professional would speak.
Two ICE agents approach her car from the left. Another ICE agent has positioned himself directly in front of her car (he is unseen). Notice the direction her wheels are turned and her back-up lights are on. She is trying to back away from the ICE agent at the front of her car as well as pull away from the ICE agent trying to enter her car. At this point there is no articulated crime, no traffic tops initiated by law enforcement, and no warrant for the agent to enter her car or arrest her.
The previously unseen agent has moved away from the front of her car and is no longer in her path or in any danger of being hit. Note the direction of her wheels, she is clearly turning the vehicle to avoid hitting the agents off to her left and 2′ – 3′ from her car. The original agent is in absolutely no danger of being hit. No other agent is in the path of travel. Although no agent is in any danger of being hit, the previously unseen ICE agent begins shooting the woman.
At this point the woman has been shot at least once and is either dead or dying. Whatever the case, the path of her vehicle travel clearly indicates that that she had completely and intentionally maneuvered her vehicle to avoid hitting either agent. But the agent still killed her.
Now watch the video in its entirety. You decide what happened…and was the killing justified. I know what I saw. Justice will never be served here. And please feel free to watch any and all video of the incident from other sources…they all show the exact same thing.
And here is the completely and totally disgusting part that really pisses me off. The radical right is completely ignoring the facts and evidence. The law & order freaks and fanatics will never get their head out of the sand. So many don’t respect human life.
Yup, blame the the victim.
What decent person with any kind of heart would create a meme like this?
Humanity is stooping to a new heartless low. We are losing our souls.

Ok so there are lots of things I disagree with you on, my friend, which is ok, this is one of them. As I watch the slow mo video this is what I see. Officer approached from left, tells the woman to get out of her car and tries unsuccessfully to open the door. At this point she is slowly moving backward. She stops. Second agent moves from right into view in front of her vehicle. She engages into drive and wheels start to move slowly forward. At that point the officer in front of her vehicle raises his gun and points it at her. A reasonable human at that time, posing no threat to law enforcement, having been ordered by one LEO to get out of my car, and having another position himself in front of my car, would turn off my vehicle and exit. This is not a reasonable human being. She had been at this location for some time, in her vehicle, using said vehicle to intimidate and attempt to ram and interfere with law enforcement efforts on the scene.
Once I’m staring down the barrel of a gun, I sure as HELL would not at that point put my vehicle in drive and proceed forward. It is at that point, when she is clearly heading for said officer with her vehicle, that you can see he shoots. At that point her vehicle veers, perhaps she is already dead at that point and has lost control.
So where do you place the blame here?

I place the blame at the feet, or the bloody hands, of all those “progressive” politicians who have spent years drumming out the beat of genuine insurrection, genuine sedition, and ginning people up to challenge and hate and obstruct legitimate law enforcement and duly elected government. Even at this date, you have Tampon Tim calling on people everywhere to rise up, oppose ICE enforcing our border laws, push back, get in their face, yada yada. Words have consequences. And they know it.
We are headed for some rough patches. Buckle up, buttercup.
(Oh, btw? I think if myself as a conservative too…lol … Frankly at the end of the day I think labels do us a great disservice. In our attempts to pigeonhole and label lynch and relegate one another to a certain label we lose so much. I think we’d be much better served to just sit down face to face and have conversations explaining what we believe and why and who we are and where we come from. I call myself a conservative, not to align myself with anyone else out there who does, but because I believe we have been given an incredible heritage by any measure. Environmentally, biologically, culturally, spiritually, legally, constitutionally…. and it would behoove us to conserve and hold on to those treasures. Because anything else that’s jockeying to fill the void is a very shoddy imitation.)

You and I must be watching an entirely different video. She was clearly backing away from the agents trying to avoid them. The agent on the left is very aggressively approaching her window cussing like a street thug. One can only imagine at that point she is terrified. ICE has a very bad rep in that area…rightly or wrongly. Looking at video the agent is not directly in front of her and out of the path of travel. Another video angle that I just posted shows that agent clearly leaning into/onto the vehicle’s hood which then places him at a very slight angle in front of her cars front quarter panel. Had he remained standing he too would have been 100% out of the lane of travel.
So no one is directly in front of her…period. Then as she is starting to pull forward the agent pulls his weapon and repeatedly fires into the vehicle when there is no direct threat to any law enforcement agent.
And in a warm and cozy home trying to believe someone knows how to act as a “reasonable person” sitting in her driver seat is patently unfair to her. And there was no rational order to get out of the vehicle…he is swearing/cussing at her and threatening her. Plain and simple…she was terrified at that point…that is what a reasonable person would see. A reasonable person would try to flee a lethal threat.
And I am not aware of any evidence that says she was trying to ram law enforcement officers. If you have any, please link to it.
I am 100% in favor of arresting and deporting criminal illegal aliens. I’ve made the clear repeatedly on this website. There is plenty of blame to go around…but it was that agent who overreacted and pulled the trigger killing that woman. Think about this…had he not killed her what would have happened? Exactly what the video evidence showed…she would have driven away. And if she should be charged with a crime, they knew who she was, they could have gotten an arrest warrant and executed that warrant in a far less stressful setting. Justice served, no one killed. She was not guilty of anything that I’ve seen that warranted a death sentence carried out on that snowy street.

You are 100% correct, had the ICE agents not come at her so aggressively swearing at he like a street thug, without an articulated crime, she would not have been terrified and tried to drive off.
Now, if you are inferring ICE agents rounding up criminal illegal aliens…I am all for that action. But, she was a US citizen and NOT an illegal alien. At worst, she was caught up in the moment in the way of an ICE vehicle and she was partially blocked in by another vehicle.

The right will call it justified “collateral damage.”
The left will create a martyr.
In the meantime, the events that continue to divide and isolate our nation will keep festering.
More riots are likely on the horizon.
I am sure that not all of the agents that have been recently hired have had complete training, which may have led to this
