Treason & CBP…

First off let’s review Customs and Border Protection (CBP) just to make sure we are on the same page. From the CBP website…

Let’s review CBP’s mission statement…

Protect the American people, safeguard our borders, and enhance the nation’s economic prosperity.

Make it simple:

  1. Is CBP keeping the American people safe?

  2. Is CBP safeguarding our borders?

The clear and obvious answer to both is a resounding “no” by any definition.

Next step, let’s review the CBP mission priorities…

Enduring Mission Priorities

  • Counter Terrorism – Anticipate, detect and disrupt the threat of terrorists, their weapons and actions to protect the people and economy of the United States.
  • Combat Transnational Crime – Detect, deter and disrupt transnational organized crime that threatens U.S. national and economic security interests at and beyond the border.
  • Secure the Border – Protect the Homeland through the air, land and maritime environments against illegal entry, illicit activity or other threats to uphold national sovereignty and promote national and economic security.
  • Facilitate Lawful Trade and Protect Revenue – Enable fair, competitive and compliant trade and enforce U.S. laws to ensure safety, prosperity and economic security for the American people.
  • Facilitate Lawful Travel – Enhance, enable and transform the travel experience by anticipating, detecting and intercepting threats prior to and at ports of entry.

Here is what we know to be absolute 100% fact…

  1. Hundreds of known terrorists are being caught each year attempting to cross the southern border each year. Estimates range from 200 – 1200 terrorists who are successfully crossing the border each year.

  2. 100’s of thousands of crimes are being committed each year against US citizens within the borders of the US…murders, rapes, sex trafficking, drug dealing, robberies, assaults, etc.

  3. Minor children are being smuggled across the southern border and have been found in horrible working conditions performing illegal jobs at virtual slave labor rates.

  4. Millions and millions of illegal aliens are being smuggled into the US and working in jobs at substandard, often illegal, rates of pay…eliminating jobs that could be available to American workers.

  5. Tons and tons of deadly drugs are being smuggled into the country each year which then are peddled by drug dealers, often related to foreign drug cartels, to US citizens…many of which are overdosing at historic rates.

Is CBP successful with their own ‘mission priorities’?

The clear and obvious answer is a resounding “no” by any definition.

Now it’s time to review CBP’s ‘Ethos’ and ‘Core Values’…

  • Vigilance is how we ensure the safety of all Americans. We are continuously watchful and alert to deter, detect and prevent threats to our nation. We demonstrate courage and valor in the protection of our nation.
  • Service to Country is embodied in the work we do. We are dedicated to defending and upholding the Constitution of the United States. The American people have entrusted us to protect the homeland and defend liberty.
  • Integrity is our cornerstone. We are guided by the highest ethical and moral principles. Our actions bring honor to ourselves and our agency.

Did you have a good laugh???? Is there any single core value that CBP is in any way, shape, or form successful?

The clear and obvious answer is a resounding “no” by any definition.

So why have CBP at all?

Exactly!!!! The CBP is a complete and total failure in their job…PERIOD! But, why are they such a failure? Because it isn’t their job to begin with…yup, it’s that simple. You see, there is no Constitutional authorization for US Customs and Border Patrol to even exist. That’s right…the CBP is not in the Constitution!!

So who is responsible to guard our borders? That is just as simple…the military.

But it is much worse than all of this mentioned so far.

For CBP employees they take the standard federal employee oath of office…

5 U.S. Code § 3331 – Oath of office : “I, [person’s name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

So pose these questions…

  1. Are criminals from foreign countries an ‘enemy’?

  2. Are terrorists from foreign countries an ‘enemy’?

  3. Are highly trained drug cartel hit-men an ‘enemy’?

  4. Are foreign spies an ‘enemy’?

  5. Are hundreds of thousands of these enemies coming across the border each year?

Once more…the clear and obvious answer to each question is a resounding ‘yes’!

But it is still much worse than that!

The US Constitution…Article III Section 3 defines treason as…

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

The ‘adhering’ and ‘aid and comfort’ part is more narrowly defined by the Supreme Court as…

…person could be convicted of treason only if he or she adhered to an enemy and gave that enemy aid and comfort.

Clearly, CBP is giving aid and comfort to the enemies crossing our borders. CBP agents give them food, water, maps, medical aid, transportation, housing, debit cards, cell phones, and more. So then the question comes down to ‘adhere’…do CBP employees adhere to these enemies crossing our borders. We have to look at what ‘adhere’ means in the context of the Constitution, treason, and the question of CBP actions.

“A citizen intellectually or emotionally favors the enemy and harbors sympathies or convictions disloyal to this country’s policy or interest.”

To answer that question, in my opinion, is you look at the outcomes of the CBP’s actions…millions and millions of illegal aliens (enemies) are assisted in entering the country illegally by CBP employees. This nearly 45 million strong invasion force commit hundreds of thousands of serious violent crimes, rapes, murders, millions of property crimes, and they deal drugs that kill hundreds of thousands of people each year. These crimes are committed by the same people who CBP helps enter the country to begin with! And then there are the spies and terrorists!

So then the question is this…Being fully aware of the horrendous and grievous destruction of the US and terrible crimes against US citizens by this millions strong invasion of illegals, why do CBP allow them in? Actually, it is worse than that…Why does CBP actively support and assist this terribly destructive and deadly invasion force?

Obviously, CBP employees favor this enemy over US citizens…why else would they help them to enter this country to commit these crimes and destruction? Do these same CBP employees harbor sympathies disloyal to the US’s policies and interests? Seems kinda obvious to me…what about you?

Given all of this…Are CBP guilty of committing treason as defined by the Constitution? Or are they just complete and utterly incompetent in doing their job…total failures?

Did you answer that question objectively? Hell, did you even have the courage to consider the question?

What I find interesting…That the question even comes up for CBP’s 60,000 employees of a government agency not authorized by the Constitution who happen to be complete and total failures at doing a job they defined for themselves.

Then I do have to ponder this…What part of the current US federal government Executive Branch resembles what the Founders outlined/authorized in the US Constitution?

Dang, then this question comes to mind…Why have we allowed it to happen, and why do we tolerate it today?

What I find interesting…CBP (not authorized by the Constitution) is under of the Department of Homeland Security (not authorized by the Constitution) both failing miserably, completely and totally at their jobs.

Then again…could it be by design…you think?

Hang on…anyone consider why 100,000 children, that we know of, have been smuggled into this and no one knows where they are or who they are living with…and CBP helped them enter the country illegally? Kinda makes you wonder a little bit doesn’t it.
