Give Me a CIA Example !

An interesting question came to me…

  • Give me an recent example of how ‘evil’ you say the CIA is if you have one which I don’t think you can.

Man, you didn’t even make this a hard one. But I guess I should be asking…Why did you ask me this at all? However, I will stick with your original question and you can answer my question if you want to.

So do you remember WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange? Julian Assange is the incredible hero that published US misdeeds, spying, and actual war crimes. Among the information released:

  • CIA’s use of smart TVs to listen to conversations, even when the TVs appeared to be turned off.
  • CIA’s ability to hack into cars’ computers and cause fatal accidents, and do so completely undetected.
  • Exposed US Army’s SOP manual to mistreat and conceal prisoner identities or even their actual existence at the GITMO prison.
  • Exposed US Army’s intentional killing of civilians in Iraq.
  • Exposed the US use of drones to carry out secret assassinations in foreign countries where we weren’t even engaging in war.
  • Exposed that the CIA knew about Russia stealing emails from the DNC. Then acquired copies of those emails proving corruption in the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign…and did nothing with that evidence of criminal activity.
  • Exposed the extent of the US military killing of large numbers of civilians, mostly intentional, in Iraq and Afghanistan (well over 100k of innocent civilian lives).
  • Revealed the CIA’s ultra-secret Vault 7 hacking program, which included hacking against US civilians.
  • Revealed the US helicopters had targeted journalists and children in Iraq.
  • Worst of all…exposed that the USA did engage in torture of prisoners of war during both wars.

Speaking on the significance of the WikiLeaks releases, Daniel Ellsberg said, “It was clear to me that these revelations, like the Pentagon Papers, had the capability of informing the public that they had been seriously misled about the nature of the [Iraq and Afghan] war[s], the progress of the war, the likelihood that it would be ended successfully or at all, and that this was information of the highest importance to the American public.” {Daniel Ellsberg is the award winning journalist that produced the Pentagon Papers regarding the Vietnam War.}

Now, it has to be noted that NO person has been injured or killed due to WikiLeaks or Julian Assange releasing any of the information. Actually, Assange went to great lengths to NOT publish any information that would lead to any individual being harmed or killed, especially those in the intelligence community.

So what’s my point?

So, the CIA was exposed and embarrassed…what did they do?

First off they listened to confidential conversations between Assange and his lawyers which is illegal, felonies for each instance. Then fed that information to the Department of Justice…also illegal and also felonies for each instance.

Now comes the kicker…Kill him!!

Yup, the Director of the CIA plotted two operations against Assange; 1) kidnap him, 2) outright murder him. Here’s the proof…30 former government officials described how then CIA Director Mike Pompeo plotted to conduct “a snatch operation to take Assange from the Ecuadorian Embassy.” Yup, the reports states that CIA assets would go on foreign soil and kidnap a foreign citizen to potentially be tortured and then killed. Another option Pompeo discussed with CIA personnel was CIA assets would poison Assange inside the Ecuadorian Embassy.

Let’s clear the air on one very important point, a fact…no one from WikiLeaks, or Julian Assange himself, hacked into anything. They did not steal any information from the CIA at anytime in any way. What WikiLeaks did was reveal/expose/post secrets that had been given to them by the person that did the hacking. And that my friend is 100% legal for a media company or journalist to do…at least according to the 1st Amendment and the Supreme Court.

In every single case this journalist activity is protected by the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights. You know…that whole guarantee of freedoms/rights/liberties document…freedom of the press.

So what is the problem? Ah, each of the two plots to kill Assange is a felony…conspiracy to commit murder.

If two or more persons conspire to [commit murder], and one or more of such persons do any overt act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life. [US Code]

Yup, the discussing, planning, deciding on the method of committing, documenting said murder plan constitutes an overt act. And the normal sentence for being found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder is 25 years to life.

Bottom line…every CIA personnel in every meeting of this conspiracy should be in prison right now. And then CIA Director Mike Pompeo who was advocating and advancing the conspiracy should be spending the rest of his life in prison without any doubt.

But nope! What did the CIA and the federal government do instead…demonized Assange, plotted to kill him, trapped him inside of an embassy, and created hell-on-earth for him. Right on America!!!! Land of the free, home of the brave, salute the flag, kiss their ring!

How’s that for a major act on the part of the CIA…conspiring to murder someone who did NOTHING illegal, who only exposed the underlying evils in our government, and they wanted to murder him for it!!

And the Department of Justice, a joke and oxymoron, conspired them on all of it.

How’s that for you partner? Or do we need to cover the whole Epstein-CIA thing again? Or where CIA agents provided young boys, some as young as 8 years old (bacha baz), to Afghan generals in exchange for the Generals’ cooperation? Or the whole drug smuggling in Central America and the Iranian gun operation. I mean I could go on…but something tells me you would remain unconvinced.

Does it mean anything to you…or to anyone…that the CIA is NOT authorized in the Constitution. Yup, that means…plain and simple…the CIA is unconstitutional by definition. And yet the US federal government founded this agency. Oh, I am sure it is only for our country’s benefit…for our protection…for our safety and security.

FYI…Assange remains in London’s high-security Belmarsh Prison while facing extradition to the US on charges related to the publication of thousands of diplomatic and military documents in 2010.
