So by now you have heard about the AI generated picture of the  explosion of a bomb near the Pentagon.

Here is the picture…

I have been giving detailed warnings of this kind of operation for several years now. If you remember it is called ‘DeepFake’ technology and ‘DeepFake’ operations when used for nefarious purposes.

The point of my post is not that it is a ‘DeepFake’ anything…or that the picture was AI generated. The point I want to make is this…it caused a $500,000,000,000 swing in the market. Yes, 500billion dollar swing in the stock market!

It didn’t take long for experts using AI technology to discover the picture was AI generated. But, it was too late for 500billion dollars to change hands…some won, some lost.

And here is a secondary point…the AI used to generate the picture wasn’t even current technology…it was at least a full generation, possibly two, behind what is readily available commercially. And that commercial software is at least 1 – 2 generations behind what is available to the US military and US spy and secret police agencies.

At the beginning of May I wrote an article and I expressed my concern about the old saying “Seeing is believing.” Yeah, as I said then, I say again…that old adage doesn’t hold water any longer.

Be very careful about what is happening and what is coming…there is much more DeepFake on the horizon…especially with the upcoming Presidential election.

What I would like to know; 1) who is responsible for making the picture, 2) who paid them to do it, 3) who made the most money in the stock market ‘swing’ that occurred?
