Do you think qualified immunity or training is more to blame for LEO problems today?

Really, really good question! Let’s tackle your question as two separate ones.

When it comes to “qualified immunity” it is interesting to note its origins. Qualified immunity actually protects government officials from all but the most egregious of their crimes. Yes, qualified immunity protects cops from accountability for most of their criminal and unconstitutional behavior. Qualified immunity is legal protection for government officials in the performance of their duties; normally, discretionary duties. But qualified immunity derives from absolute immunity. Absolute immunity provides complete immunity from criminal prosecution and suits for damages, so long as government officials are acting within the scope of their duties. Meaning they are doing what they have been trained to do so they can get away with virtually anything as long as they can justify it as what they were trained to do.

Hang in there with me…absolute immunity comes directly from the legal principle of sovereign immunity. Meaning, sovereign immunity is a legal doctrine whereby a government cannot commit a legal wrong and is immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution. And guess where that concept came from? The rule of kings, monarchs, or dictators over countries and its citizens with absolute power.

So the concept of qualified immunity come from the legal principle of allowing government officials almost complete legal immunity for monetary damages originating from their bad/criminal/unconstitutional behavior.

All of this means that cops can do as they please knowing full well they will probably not be held monetarily or criminally liable for their actions. Cops are normally only held accountable when their most heinous actions become public…and then only if those actions can’t be covered up.

Interesting to note that federal cops enjoy a much higher level of qualified and absolute immunity protection based on the DOJ having a broad interpretation of sovereign immunity.

Did you pick up on that? It is the DOJ for federal cops must prosecute, state Attorney Generals’ offices, or local prosecuting attorneys must bring criminal charges against non-federal cops. And how likely do you think that is going to be common…bringing charges against those you work closely with?

So yes, qualified immunity for cops is a HUGE problem. It gives cops an arrogant swagger to treat people virtually as they wish…knowing they will probably never be held liable.

Moving on to training…oh, boy. In the US the average cop trainee spends about 20 weeks in formal training before hitting the streets. Sounds good to you? Well, in the developed world (100 top developed countries) we rank at the bottom part of that list for police officer training. For example: 1) Finland requires almost 7 times more training (5,500 hours vs 800 hrs), 2) Australia requires nearly 4.5 times more training (3,500 hours vs 800 hours). And many of those developed countries require an academic degree whereas the US normally only requires a GED.

Hey, did you know that less than 37% of high school 12th graders reached or exceeded the academic preparedness benchmarks for both math and reading. And police trainees only need a GED?????

Couple of interesting facts:

• Police trainees spend 5 times more hours on firearms/weapons training than deescalation training.
• US police academies virtually ignore communication skills training.
• In 2020 less than 50 cops were killed in the line of duty.
• In 2020 civilians where shot dead 20 times more than cops, more than 10% of those civilians were unarmed.
• 90% of all police calls are for non-violent issues.
• Police trainees get only a couple of hours training on mental health self-care, if any. Cops are 5 times more likely to kill themselves than be killed by homicide on the job.
• Police training expert states, “you see officers very rapidly escalating from initial communication to the actual physical use of force, because this is how they train.”
• In the US, the escalation of force is at the discretion of the officer, whereas in countries such as Norway and Finland [and most other developed countries], there are more rigorous rules as to what is considered justified use of force.

About 1,000 civilians a year are killed by cops, that’s 35 people per 10million citizens. Doesn’t sound too bad, right?

In Canada it is 10 people per 10million citizens. In Australia it is 8 people per 10million citizens. In England it is 2 people per 10million citizens. In Japan/Norway/Iceland/New Zealand it is 0 – 2 people per 10million citizens. Is that an interesting statistic to you? And I wonder why it is so much lower in ALL other developed countries?

Just a couple more facts…training duration in police academies by state:

• 11 weeks – GA
• 12 weeks – MS, MN, ND, SC, TN
• 13 weeks – AR, SD, WI
• 14 weeks – KN, IL

Does that make you all warm and fuzzy…within 2 – 3 months brand new LEOs are released on the streets of at least 11 states armed with pistols, ARs, shotguns, mace, steel batons, and handcuffs. And these same brand new cops have been trained 10 times more on weapons and how to escalate use of force than how to deescalate non-violent interactions with civilians…or even ‘how’ to communicate with those they are to protect and serve. Oh man, I feel better already!

So is the training of police officers a problem in the US? Of course!! The facts speak for themselves. Their training, or extreme lack of it, is not just a danger to civilians but also a danger to the cops themselves.

Your question was…”Do you think qualified immunity or training is more to blame for LEO problems today?”

I think they are tied…for second place. They are both an obvious problem…very, very serious problems. But, in my opinion not the worst on the list of problems.

How often do we hear…”To Protect & Serve”???

In the US only about 18% of all reported property crimes are solved and only about 45% of all violent crimes are solved. So clearly US law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officers are near complete failures.

Now listen to this…in 2020 there were 6.5million property crimes reported in the US. Also in 2020 there was more than 1.6million violent crimes reported in the US. That is over 8million crimes for 330million US population. Oh, those are only the reported crimes…only about 40% of all violent crimes are reported to police and only about 32% of all property crimes are reported to police. So the real numbers are over 20million crimes against US citizens each year…that aren’t prevented.

So the average US citizen is likely to become a victim of a violent crime every 30 years…meaning raped, beat-up, or murdered…and far less than ½ of those crimes will ever be solved. And the average US citizen will be a victim of a property crime every 16 years and forget it ever being solved.

Think about those two stats for a minute…The average person in the US will live to 80 years of age. That works out like this…

• You are likely to be the victim of a violent crime (raped, beat-up, or murdered) 2 – 3 times.
• You are likely to be the victim of a property crime 5 times.

How is that whole “to protect & serve” thing working out for you!?!?

Back to what I think is the #1 problem…”Mission” !!!

I guess you could call it a problem with their culture as well as their mission. LEOs need to focus entirely on solving crimes…period! By solving crimes you will by default get to the “bad guys” in society…and they go to prison or get hung.

But do you think LEOs or their agencies will do that? Or, are they even capable of that kind of shift in culture / mission or mindset?

Ah, if they were capable of it, they would have done it by now don’t you think? Why else would those agencies tolerate being such utter failures at their job?

Then again…is it possible their ignoring of their responsibility to citizens and shift from peace officers to law enforcement officers over the last 65 years was by design?

Then again…think about this for a minute…if you wanted men and women concentrating on enforcing laws vs solving crimes and protecting citizens…I guess a great way to go about that would be to have poorly trained LEOs…and their limited training geared more towards using force with weapons against citizens than solving crimes.

Then I guess the next logical question to ask would be…what kind of people would want cops like that…and for what purpose?

When did the USA crash & burn?

First off, let’s agree what “crash & burn” means. I believe you are referring to transitioning from a Constitutional Republic established by our Founders to the hideous and oppressive political monster we struggle under today. That being the case…

I am not convinced that there is a single event that can be pointed to that destroyed the US as a Constitutional Republic…or rather began its destruction. To fully understand that path of destruction I think it wise to understand what the Founding Fathers saw as a threat to the new Constitutional Republic and how to avoid it.

The Founders saw utter evil in:

• The British Empire system of an all-powerful central government (oppression & tyranny).
• A standing, professional army to enforce that power.
• A tightly controlled economic system that didn’t allow for free markets, and the application of excessive taxes.
• Worshiping a King more than, or equal to, God.

Once the colonies defeated the British Empire they desired to establish safeguards against such a tyrannical and oppressive government taking root in America. To that end they established preventative ideals/principles:

1. Recognize God in defeating the British and inspiring both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Knowing full well both were meant only for a moral and righteous people. Doing so by integrating God into public life and the government process.
2. Creating the Constitution to severely limit the federal government in both scope and power; and making it subservient to state governments in all matters excepting international relations.
3. Established a state-based militia style of a military system to ensure that there was no professional, standing all-powerful army to enforce tyranny or to support a despotic leader.
4. Ensuring that the Constitution supported a free-market system, free from any but nominal federal government control.
5. Establish a gold/silver standard for the US dollar ensuring a solid and internationally recognized currency, eliminating the economy destroying fiat currency potential.
6. Created the Bill of Rights to ensure that a federal government would not be able to establish an oppressive and tyrannical form of government against US citizens. And the Second Amendment was specifically adopted to ensure that the citizens of the US and states could keep the federal government from oppressing the people. Or, should the federal government become tyrannical and oppressive, the Second Amendment and militia style military would ensure that such government could be replaced as per the Declaration of Independence should the ballot box fail to remedy the situation.

So all that being said, here are the points in history that I believe have led the US federal government to become even worse, far worse, than the British Empire ever was:

• 1909 – Corporate Income Tax: Legalized corporate tax transferring massive amount of wealth annually from US corporations to a bureaucratic federal government.
• 1913 – The establishment of The Federal Reserve: Moved control of the US economy and currency away from the government and into the hands of private banks unaccountable to anyone. Transferring the entire control of the US economy into the hands of a few powerful individuals. It ensured the eventual complete destruction of a free-market economic system.
• 1913 – Sixteenth Amendment: Legalized progressive income tax transferring massive amount of wealth annually from individual US citizens to a bureaucratic federal government.
• 1913 – Seventeenth Amendment: Removal of power from the states to elect Senators via state legislatures. Effectively eliminating the power of state governments to be a check and balance on the federal government.
• 1916 – Estate Tax: Legalized a tax on people who died transferring massive amount of wealth from dead individual US citizens to a bureaucratic federal government. The estate tax collections that had already been additionally taxed annually via federal income tax.
• 1918 – World War I: The US realized just how powerful of a military the country could wield, basically unmatched in the world. A large, standing, professional army was created in direct opposition to the Founders’ intent and design.
• 1932 – Gift Tax: Legalized tax on people who gave money to others, primarily family, transferring significant wealth annually from individual US citizens/families to a bureaucratic federal government. The money that had already been taxed annually via federal income tax.
• 1934 – The National Firearms Act: Ensured the eventual total destruction of the Second Amendment and eliminating the ability of US citizens to oppose government tyranny and oppression.
• 1935 – The Federal Bureau of Investigation: The creation of the FBI, the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world, destroyed any last hopes that the Constitution and Bill of Rights would remain intact and remain the law of the land protecting the rights/liberties/freedoms of US citizens.
• 1945 – Military-Industrial Complex created/expanded: By the end of WW2 virtual control of the US military moved into private hands of industry via the monetary influence of decision makers inside the military and Congress. The number of “military actions” increased dramatically moving 10’s of trillions of dollars into a few private industries.
• 1947 – Central Intelligence Agency: The creation of the CIA gave unlimited power, legal or otherwise, to the federal government to kill, imprison, or torture at will anyone, anywhere, for any reason without accountability or legal basis. This included political leaders, military leaders, entire governments, and any other person they deemed worthy of such treatment…foreign or domestic.
• 1947 – Separation of Church and State: Everson v. Board of Education established the SCOTUS basis of eliminating God from the public square and ensuring the total fall of morality in public life.
• 1962 – School Prayer Outlawed: Nine judges (SCOTUS) made the decision to eliminate prayer from schools.
• 1971 – Gold standard abandoned: When the US abandoned the gold standard as a monetary policy it enabled a fiat currency and the adoption of Modern Monetary Theory. This move ensured the eventual collapse of the US currency and economy.
• 1972 – ATF created: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), commonly referred to as the ATF was established. This gave the federal government a dedicated law enforcement agency whose sole mission was the elimination of the Second Amendment and the imprisonment or murder of alleged Second Amendment violators.
• 1973 – Abortion legalized: Roe v. Wade decision by nine judges (SCOTUS) to legalize abortion has led to the death of 10’s of millions of babies in the US. A huge loss of life and human potential as well as an unfathomable offense against God. Infanticide on an unimaginable scale.
• 1973 – National Debt: By 1973 the national debt began its unlimited, albeit a slow, rise since the US dollar was now a fiat currency.
• 2001 – The Patriot Act: Ensured the immediate or eventual elimination of any and all Constitutional rights of US citizens.
• 2002 – The Homeland Security Act: This gave ability to enforce the eventual destruction of all Constitutional under the Patriot Act, including creating an entire federal level ‘department’ (DHS) dedicated to the destruction of all rights/liberties/freedoms under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
• 2002 – National Debt: In 2002 the national debt began its out-of-control, skyrocketing rise with full implementation of Modern Monetary Theory.
• 2007 – The Great Recession: While the huge transfer of wealth from average US citizens to the country’s wealthy elite was significant in itself (largest in the history of the world), the methodology implemented to “correct/stop” the economy free-fall was far worse. The federal government, under Bush #2 direction, used communist principles and “crony capitalism” principles to forever change the US financial system and remove any last vestiges of a free-market system from the US.
• 2016 – Banana Republic (FBI): The FBI embedded spies in the campaign staff of an opposition US Presidential campaign creating a weaponized political system in the US (i.e. third-world Banana Republic).
• 2017 – Banana Republic (FBI & CIA): the FBI in coordination with the CIA began a coup against a sitting US President to protect the DeepState and ensure the continuance of the fundamental transformation of the US.
• 2020 – Banana Republic (FBI, DOJ, CIA, etc.): the FBI in coordination with the DOJ and CIA, along with mainstream media, social media, and tech companies began the largest election interference operation in US history ensuring the election ‘loss’ of a sitting US President.

In my opinion you can take each of these history points and directly apply them to the destruction of each of the 6 principles/ideals of the Founders…the foundation of the former US Constitutional Republic.

Ironically all the events noted above have occurred under both Democrat and Republican Presidents, and under both Democrat and Republican controlled Congresses. That to me points to one thing…the parties are one-in-the-same…there is no fundamental difference in their true intentions, motivations, and goals. Sadly our very first President, George Washington, rang the warning bell loud and clear over 200 years ago against the threat/danger of a two-party political system…and we as a country ignored that warning.

By ignoring that warning and allowing the unbridled lust for power and money to prevail in our political system we find ourselves suffering under an even worse situation than the British imposed on the early American Colonists. Today, tyranny, oppression, and despotism through an all-powerful, out-of-control federal government rules over us. The Democrats and Republicans have achieved their initial goals…but they aren’t done yet.

To me there is only a single, multi-faceted, answer to fix this, if there is one at all, and that is:

1. The elimination of the two-party political system.
2. The total and complete restoration of the Constitution (including the Bill of Rights) as intended and designed by the Founders.
3. Understand, believe in, and be willing to implement the Declaration of Independence when/if needed.
4. The return of God to American life…private and public.

Until such occurs, or divine intervention itself, the US has collapsed, the Constitutional Republic is a long forgotten ideal, and evil reigns in the US.

The absolute sad part…I believe that Americans are truly, essentially awesome good people with big hearts and compassionate souls. The national cancer is the US federal government…and it has been intentionally killing everything good and right in America bit-by-bit for over a hundred years. Americans deserve more than this federal government, its masters, and the ruling class.

What I have done next is identify the Founders’ ideals/principles into categories and then listed each historic event under that category to show the destruction of that ideal/principle.

• 1973 – Abortion legalized

Limited Federal Government

• 1913 – Sixteenth Amendment (Income Tax)

It was not my intention to include every single historic event that has led to a failed and destroyed US Constitutional Republic. Rather, I have listed what I believe to be the most significant primary events that have directly destroyed the very foundation of our country that our Founding Fathers believed in, fought for, died for, and eventually established via our Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights.

Anything other than a restoration of the principles, ideals, and values contained in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and the Bill of Rights will simply perpetuate the evil gripping the USA. We now suffer under a US Empire system that is no better, actually worse, than the British Empire that our forefathers fought against and died defeating.

Make no mistake, have no doubt, these are intentional and planned events in a grand scheme. A scheme to turn the US into an authoritarian/totalitarian state that benefits only a select few. These events did not occur in a vacuum or randomly by chance. It is all planned…and there is more of their evil to come…but not much more because their plan is almost complete. And that is what you must be aware of…and prepare for…there is nothing that can stop their plan…nothing. Well, other than a restoration or divine intervention. And I don’t see any group of people who are committed enough, brave enough, and knowledgeable enough to restore the Republic. At least not at this point.

And no…there is no Republican or Democrat candidate/politician that is committed enough, brave enough, and knowledgeable enough to lead a restoration. It has been the Republicans and Democrats behind the plan and implementing the plan all along.

Oh, just as George Washington warned us about…and we’ve ignored.

• In a previous post you were asked ‘Can the US be saved?’ I read your answer. It was incomplete. Why not?

There are three major insurmountable obstacles to America being saved.

#1 – Debt. Never in the history of the world has any empire using fiat currency and implementing modern monetary theory (MMT) ever been “saved”…they have ALL fallen. Just to be clear, the US is an “empire” by definition. The debt the US has accumulated cannot be sustained, which is modern monetary theory. Debt will crash the US Empire, that is an indisputable fact, and proven by thousands of years of history…the US will be no different.

#2 – The invasion of illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants now make up approximately 15% of the population of the US. The extreme danger involved is the majority of the illegals are criminals before they cross our border, and all are criminals for crossing our border illegally. The chaos, crime, and financial impact cannot be overcome. It is past the tipping point, it is now on an exponential curve to destruction. And no, US citizens do not have the stomach to deport all of the illegals. Hell, we don’t have the stomach to depart just all the harden criminal illegals.

#3 – Political Parties. George Washington warned us against political parties, specifically a 2-party system, just over 200 years ago. And he was exactly right! The problem is, as Washington pointed out, a political party is simply interested in getting into, and staying in, power. In the US we are stuck in a death spiral with the Democrats and Republicans. Neither party does a damn thing to actually improve the country as per the Constitution…as in rights, freedoms, and liberties. Both parties are war-mongering, both parties can’t control their spending, both parties are tied into the military-industrial complex, both parties are corrupt….both parties are destroying our country. And that is a simple, indisputable fact. So, as long as we are stuck with, and vote within, a 2-party system there is no saving the US from destruction.

There is a fourth reason out there, vague to be sure…kinda lurking in the shadows. It is easy to see, hard to adequately describe, and vehemently debated when brought up. The dark horse to America not being able to be saved is the accelerating rise of authoritarianism in the US. And it is coming from not just from the deepstate, but also from both parties. And remember this…in the entire history of the world, in the totality of mankind, authoritarians have never given up power willingly.

FYI…”Empire” is described as being a major political unit having a territory of great extent or a number of territories or peoples under a single sovereign authority. The US covers a huge territory consisting of political units such as states (50), territories (11), and one district. The “single sovereign authority” is the federal government. So the US is by definition an “empire”.

• Can the US be saved?

Well, that depends. Why? Because it is a relative question. Relative to “saved” to what point in time, and how do you described “saved”.

So I would describe “saved” meaning restoring rights, liberties, and freedoms back to the “we the people”. What “rights, liberties, and freedoms” am I talking about? The ones outlined in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, along with the intentions of the Founding Fathers. Basically moving power back to the people and away from government…as the Founders envisioned.

As to what point in time…compared to when I was a kid, the US is long lost…and I mean by a long shot. Compared to pre-9/11 the country is already lost as well. Who do you see that could take the reins of government and return it to its Constitutional foundation?

As far as I can see…no one. Maybe you think differently but I can’t see a single person that has a desire to restore the Constitution and return the government to its very restricted and limited place. Do you see anyone?

And even if you could name one…do you think the deep state, the bureaucrats, the elites, the globalists, or the rich would allow them to do that? Of course not, they aren’t going to give up their power at all…not a single one of them. So no one has a chance to restore even if someone had the desire.

So let’s ask the question again…Can the US be saved? Yes.

However, there is only a single way that the US can be saved in any definition of the word. And that is through divine intervention…period.

So now ask the questions…Could it happen vs will it happen? And if it would happen…Why?

• Why haven’t you written about the ATF killing Malinowski?

Should I have to? It’s pretty clear what happened and why. Well, to anyone who understands the big picture…as well as the details.

Let’s talk about this in a realistic, honest, clear, and logical manner. No government propaganda and no conspiracy theory tinfoil hat hooey. Just talk about facts based on information that is current and pretty well documented.

Here is what we know about Bryan Malinowski:

1. Malinowski was a public official, well-known, well-respected, high-profile member of the community with no criminal record of any kind.
2. He was suspected by the ATF of selling 150 +/- guns over an approximately 3-year period.
3. Allegedly, six of those guns were suspected of being used in a crime by the person he sold them to.
4. 3 – 5 of the “crimes” were marijuana possession.
5. Allegedly, three of those gun sales were to undercover law enforcement officers.
6. None of the sales were identified as actually being “illegal”.
7. Allegedly, paperwork on some (number unknown) of the guns that were sold were initially identified by Malinowski for personal use and not for resale. Note: There is nothing under current law that prevents a person from changing their mind and later selling a gun.

The law covering #7 states “…purchase of firearms for the purpose of resale for livelihood and profit without a Federal firearms license is a violation of Federal law.” Since Malinowski had a well-paying job (livelihood) providing a comfortable living there is no violation since he wasn’t doing it for “livelihood” and there is no indication that he made a “profit” on any sale. Hence, no violation was committed and none documented by ATF on the search warrant or any other court document…according to the law.

Here’s what we know about the search warrant:

• There was no description of any crime committed by Malinowski only a suspicion of potential crime(s).
• The “warrant” was to search for evidence since the ATF didn’t have sufficient evidence to show any criminal activity had already been committed.
• There was no “arrest” warrant which means they had no evidence to even indicate a reasonable suspicion that Malinowski had actually committed a crime.
• It was executed before dawn when the ATF knew Malinowski would be asleep.
• There is no evidence whatsoever that the ATF SWAT team announced their presence; making this a “no-knock” warrant.

So here are the questions:

• If the ATF considered Malinowski a criminal and selling guns illegally, why was there no arrest warrant for criminal activity?
• If this was only a search warrant why not have it executed during the day, with regular agents announcing themselves and then working through the search with Malinowski? You know, simply ask him about the sales and did he have paperwork to back up the sales…reasonable actions to a normal and reasonable person.
• Why the necessity of a 20 – 40 man highly armed military operation in a civilian neighborhood?
• If a “no-knock” warrant was considered vital, why? Was Malinowski that extremely dangerous? There is ZERO evidence that this was the case.
• If he was that dangerous, why was there no arrest warrant as well?
• Why has no ATF video released showing the raid?
• Why did the ATF agents disable the home’s video camera prior to breaking through the door?
• Has the ATF identified the agent shot and confirmed he was shot by Malinowski or “friendly fire”?
• How did the ATF personnel manage to shoot him directly in the head during a supposed “gunfight”? Actually, how many times was Malinowski shot and where?

So here are a couple of thoughts:

• Executing a pre-dawn military operation while people are still asleep is to gain maximum surprise making it far easier to kill the enemy. That is a well-known military tactic, especially for US special forces.
• The ATF knew Malinowski would be asleep.
• The ATF knows that any normal person who owns guns would have one ready to defend their home and family against break-ins or home invasions.
• The ATF knew Malinowski would defend his home and family against home invasions.

And finally let’s touch on a couple of issues:

• Brian Malinowski had not been charged with any crime, no arrest warrant had been issued.
• There is no evidence that any gun sale was illegal, only alleged, and without any evidence to support the allegation.
• There is no indication whatsoever that Malinowski was prone to violence, had ever committed any violence, or would commit any violence.
• The laws that the ATF were attempting to gather evidence on from Malinowski are all violating the Second Amendment since the amendment states “…shall not be infringed.” There is no wording that allows for excluding buying and/or selling of arms in the amendment. The US Constitution is a negative rights constitution, meaning that if the right isn’t stated, then the government doesn’t have it. So there is NO authorization in the US Constitution for the federal government to infringe on a citizens gun rights.
• The US Constitution does not authorize any agency such as the ATF. Therefore, the ATF is, in and of itself, an unconstitutional government agency with no right to even exist.

So let’s carry this out logically, pure and simple, no bullshit involved:

• The US Constitution doesn’t allow for laws to be written infringing on a citizen’s gun rights. So the law(s) Malinowski supposedly violated are invalid.
• The judge that authorized the no-knock raid violated Malinowski’s 4^th Amendment rights. So the warrant was illegally authorized.
• The agency (ATF) that conducted the raid is not a legally established agency under the US Constitution.

So, if the anti-gun law isn’t Constitutional, and if the people carrying out the raid aren’t legally representing the US government, and the warrant was issued contrary to the 4^th Amendment…then who is at fault for Malinowski being dead?

But, let’s look at this in an entirely different light for just a moment.

It is clear, proof positive, that the US federal government is anti-gun; absolutely all in on that. All governments that are anti-gun are authoritarian in nature. All authoritarian governments fear losing power over their citizens. Governments’ primary means of controlling citizens is by fear…fear of violating the law, fear of being fined, fear of being put in prison, fear of being killed, even fear of just being spotlighted by the government.

So why would the ATF kill Malinowski? Well to answer that one, consider…

Why did the FBI kill Craig Deleeuw Robertson, an invalid, a handicapped senior citizen with no criminal record and no ability to carry out any kind of violent crime?

Why did the ATF/FBI kill Randy Weaver’s wife and child?

Why did the ATF/FBI burn nearly 80 people alive in Waco?

Amazingly, in every situation the ATF/FBI always maintains that the person/people targeted fired first. And yet, they have failed to ever provide proof of such, or failed to show that people were simply defending themselves against armed attackers who were unknown and unidentified?

Would it be realistic to say that we have some very psychotic and dangerous…potentially evil/demonic…killers working for the FBI and ATF?

If not, then why raid a person’s home with a no-knock warrant, by complete surprise, military-style raids by lots of heavily armed men who readily and willingly kill US citizens at the drop of a hat?

I guess then you might have a lot of reason to pose this question…

Is this what happens when you have an authoritarian federal government create agencies that are not authorized in the Constitution trying enforce laws that are in direct violation of that same Constitution?
