Check List – Injury or Sickness

This is the third post in a series of posts that will cover each area of threats/risks as they pertain to emergencies, disasters, and grid-down events. Each check list has been taken from the associated “layering” article for each area of risks and threats. This series is based on the “7 Common Risks/Threats” article I produced a few years ago.

As I have reviewed the disasters in the last 40+ years I noticed pattern develop, a pattern of common risks, or threats, that were present each and every time. Granted, in some situation/incidents one or more items were far more prominent but they were all there.

This particular check list applies to the risk/threat of injury or sickness.

Once again, the risk of injury or sickness is always present in any emergency situation. Think of any emergency…now, think of all the ways you can get injured or sick during that emergency. The outcome to your family can be devastating without the ability to properly care for minor and intermediate injuries and sickness. A simple infected cut on your finger could lead to sepsis and that can lead to death if not prevent and/or treated.

Problem: Without the ability to treat injuries and sickness you and/or family members can become incapcitated…or worse.

Solution: Acquire enough medical supplies and training to be able to treat minor and intermediate wounds and injuries. Learn how to avoid and treat sickness during emergencies (i.e. proper water sanitation, etc.).

Check List – Violence

This is the second post in a series of posts that will cover each area of threats/risks as they pertain to emergencies, disasters, and grid-down events.

This particular check list applies to the risk/threat of violence.

The risk of violence is always present in any emergency situation. There is always someone that is ready, willing, Grid Down Chaos and violence against people are threat and risk to familyable, and depraved enough to take your stuff and/or hurt you or your family. The reason why this is my #1 item…Risk Mitigation principles. The severity, and potential finality, of the end result. In a matter of seconds your stuff could be taken and/or your life ended. A year’s worth of food storage is worthless if someone steals it or kills your family over it. You must be able to prevent violence from happening to you and your family.

Problem: If you can’t defend yourself, your family, and your stuff…anyone can come along and take everything you hold dear in this life.

Solution: Properly arm yourself with the correct weapons and have correct training on how to use them to defend yourself and your family.

Check List – Introduction

This is the first post in a series of posts that will cover each area of threats/risks as they pertain to emergencies, disasters, and grid-down events. Each list has been taken from the associated “layering” article for each area of risks and threats. This series is based on the “7 Common Risks/Threats” article I produced years ago.

As I have reviewed the disasters in the last 40+ years I noticed pattern develop, a pattern of common risks, or threats, that were present each and every time. Granted, in some situation/incidents one or more items were far more prominent but they were all there.

Strangely enough…the #1 item that was always at top of the list when a serious injury or death occurred was lack of, or poor, Poor Communicationscommunications. Yes, communications. And, once I really dug into each incident it became obvious that communications was in-fact the #1 problem/risk/threat common to all incidents…especially when death or serious injury was present.

Now, that may lead you to ask why communications is not the #1 item on my list. Great question! But, I have prioritized the list based on Risk Mitigation principles. And that means prioritizing what can hurt you the worst and happen most often. That sound set of principles led me to my prioritized list of the 7 Common Risks/Threats list.

With this introduction post I have included a sample that shows how to use the list. Although I am sure you could have figured it out without the sample. Also, feel free to use the list any way you feel will help you. On each successive day I will be posting one or more lists for another risk/threat area, the first checklist will be posted later today.

Under the preview for each checklist will be a link to download the checklist in PDF format. Just click on that link and the checklist will download to your computer…then use the list anyway it can hep you, your family, or your group.

And at the end of each posting will be a form that you can use to send me suggestions to add to the lists, ideas on how to improve it,complaints about the lists, or just your random thoughts. All will be read, appreciated, and handled accordingly 🙂

Feedback & Comments: 11/3/2022

AH Trimble Feedback and CommentsI received this from “Mercy” and I really thought it needed to be posted. Read it, think about it, consider what she is saying…then ponder it some more.

The times are are living in require different perspectives, ideas, and sometimes thinking outside the box. And that means looking at all of this scene from a spiritual perspective from time-to-time.

I have just seen too many well meaning, God fearing, Constitution loving patriots completely choose the wrong hills to die on. My dear friend Jeanette’s husband [Lavoy Finnicum] did so literally. And for what? We have continually been, at Bunkerville, at Malheur, in D.C., giving the enemy the rope to hang us with. I think it all comes down to lacking faith in God and His sovereignty. Kinda of like when Peter hacked off the centurions ear. Christ rebuked Him. Did he not know that if the Lord wanted, He could call down legions of angels? Yes, there are times to fight physically, kinetically, but only when led to specifically by God.  It’s hard, I know. It’s so tempting to say let’s go hot and march in with our testosterone and hot lead and whoop-ass. But it doesn’t end well, when the enemy has solidified his control of all the levers of power.

We perhaps have to be so humbled and hamstrung that we get to the point where God is our only option. Like Alma’s people in bondage. Till we are brought to our knees in repentance and humility….then we can know that it is only He who saves. He is the only one I’m looking to for deliverance at this point. No election, no politician or party is getting my confidence.

My focus is on digging deeper, leaning harder into the Lord, carving out more time to be still, and Hear Him. I pray for His guidance, to know what I need to know and do when I need to know and do. And in the meantime I try to keep going through my checklists, again, and again, honing my skills, plugging holes in the stores… And trying to find joy regardless. I think perhaps that’s one of our biggest challenges. How do we find joy in the midst of this dark, ugly, bit we’re navigating through? How do we gain the equanimity to trust in His power and promises, and not give in to the temptation to just dig our  own graves, so to speak?  I think maybe that’s the elephant in the room, the $64 million dollar question. Not perhaps the stuff of preparedness blogs, generally… But that’s where I am.

I hope one of these days when we are up to our place there we can treat you and your sweetheart to dinner.

Thank you for everything!

Garden: Orchard Fall Maintenance

January 2021 I started our fruit orchard…with 3 trees. So no, the picture to the left is not our orchard, just a nice picture to make you feel good and impress you.

We started our orchard with 2 apple trees and 1 peach tree. In January 2022 we added 2 sweet cherry trees and 2 more peach trees. One of the peach trees didn’t make it.

All of the above were bare root stock and this was my first real attempt at planting bare root stock and it went well. I should share that experience with ya’ll in another article. In March my neighbor was planting a large orchard…122 trees in all. I helped him and when all was done he was out of space and had 4 apple trees left over; 1 in it’s own planter/container, another planter/container had 3 apple trees in it. All trees were a little on the puny side. He gave them to me for helping. Nice! And unexpected…a blessing.

I transplanted the single tree shortly after I got home and it is doing really well. The container/planter with the 3 trees I kept in the pot. They weren’t dormant and I knew that I would probably kill all 3 if I tried to untangle their roots and plant them. So, I kept them on the east deck and took really good care of them. They are all doing well and I will transplant them once they go dormant this winter…after I untangle their roots.

My maintenance system/process is fairly simple and based on the growing conditions here at our place. I will write more about planting them, but for now I will speak to my “maintenance” process. After the windy season, usually mid to end of June, and again in the fall after the weather turns cold but well before they lose their leaves, I perform the routine. And, I only plan on doing so for the first 2 – 3 years the trees are in the ground. After that, the tree will only be tended/maintained as needed.

This is my second article using this new article system with LibreOffice suite…basically from my Impress presentation (PowerPoint equivalent) program into pictures for posting. Then adding a link at the bottom if anyone would like to download the basics in PDF format. So here you go…

Fantastic Response from Jim

This was a great response from Jim…one that I thought deserved its own article. Jim was responding to my article on 10/26 – FAQ, you should probably read it first to refresh your memory on what was discussed. < click here to read that 10/26 post >

Jim writes (his comments appear in blue)…

I agree with you overall…but would suggest some supplemental comments. At least in my own head, and I’ll leave it to others to determine their own thoughts.

  • In response to “I think if Republicans win both the House & Senate we can avoid a recession. Do you agree?”

There are a growing number of truly conservative Republicans in the House and a few in the Senate — but they simply don’t have the numbers to push the needed reforms to reduce spending and taxes, then get the government out of the pocketbooks, businesses and lives of its citizens. Additionally, too many Republicans campaign as conservatives, but undergo post-campaign conversions into “moderate” Republicans (for example: Marco Rubio).”

  • In response to “What’s the biggest problems preppers face today? ”

There are some pretty far out folks pushing insane theories. OTOH, to the extent that such “crazies” are motivated to actually prepare themselves for the risks, uncertainties and turbulence of our near-to-midterm future, I am thankful. Better for crazies to be prepared, than unprepared — the more beans, bullets and band-aids stored away by more people, the better for everyone.

As for Q-Anon, I read a few of his early pronouncements filled with words, but zero substance,
I immediately wrote Q-Anon off as a fraud (at best) and possibly an agent provocateur (at worst) working for some group that didn’t have America’s best interests at heart. Over the 2016-2020 period, I’d occasionally warn folks in various forums/websites that Q-Anon was a poser and probably working for the other side…but my efforts were not appreciated. Eventually I simply left the sites giving Q-Anon exposure and implicit support. Time and events vindicated my views — but I feel so sorry for those taken in by the charlatan known as Q-Anon.

  • In response to “What do you think about the Oath Keepers now?”

Regarding Oath Keepers (OK): I certainly appreciated OK’s early stated goals and considered joining at various times. If I recall correctly, I made a few minor donations to OK, but without joining. I never did join, mainly because I’d see the occasional self-professed Oath Keeper publishing material that went far beyond OK’s stated vision and mission.

So, my token donations ceased, I never joined and eventually managed to get off every mailing list OK used (you make one tiny donation, and they always want MORE!).

I don’t know what OK did/said in the events leading up to the Jan 6, 2020, as I no longer saw anything by them. I saw a few news headlines leading up to the Jan 6 events that mentioned Oath Keepers, and my thoughts were: “Those guys are making a HUGE mistake!!”

It seemed obvious that OK and many other folks had been penetrated by law enforcement agents or paid informants. Not because I’m particularly smart, but because I had read the history — articles and a couple books describing the numerous, massive operations LE agencies had mounted in the 1990’s to penetrate (and ultimately largely control) the various “militia groups” of that era. I figured if LEOs had done it in the 1990s, they likely were doing it again in the 20-teens.

I wasn’t the only person thinking (in advance) that Jan 6th was a set-up and entrapment — numerous friends I correspond with figured the same thing, and none of them had anything to do with Jan 6th. It looked and smelled like a set-up, and Q-Anon’s putative involvement only made the situation look worse.

In retrospect, most of those rounded up over the Jan 6th events will think, “Gee, how did I ever fall for that trap?”

That understood, the Jan 6th attendees are being treated horribly, with clear-cut Constitutional violations and extreme prejudice by the courts. Jan 6th was far, far tamer than most of the Summer of 2020 riots, and definitely left fewer people dead or wounded — but those deadly rioters in 2020 were generally ignored or even encouraged (VP Harris donated to a fund to provide bail money to arsonists and attempted murderers!). ** Where is the justice in that?

So, what are the “lessons learned” from Jan 6th?

• Be selective in whom you trust. If they won’t reveal their true identity, they’re probably a complete fake. If their actions or proposed actions suggest carelessness or just not caring about potential consequences, avoid them. If a person shows up on your doorstep (or email or texts or phone or whatever), inviting you to join an elite group aiming to “rescue America,” and they start asking whether you have any experience with explosives…THROW THEM OUT. IMMEDIATELY!!
• Choose your battles VERY carefully. Don’t hand the other side an easy “skunk dunk” on your own head. Pick the terrain carefully and engage only with thoughtfulness, detailed planning and a LOT of prayer.
• Do a THOROUGH “Risks vs. Benefits” calculation for anything you do, say or write. Yes, it is sad we live in a country where those types of calculations are necessary — but they’re still necessary.

General Comments –

This website’s host, AH Trimble, is correct about not aligning yourself with aggressive or bombastic groups or events. I’m not as “gray” as Trimble recommends, but the overall thrust of his opinions are a lot more right than wrong.

Personally, I do engage in the political process, to the best of my abilities, budget and health. But I live in a far “redder” state than most, and each person must consider the environment they’re operating in. In some states, I’d certainly try to go all “gray man.” So, I don’t blame others for differing opinions.

In short: Think hard and long before writing, saying or doing, well, pretty much anything — then pray deep and long about your tentative decision — and THEN follow the Spirit in all you do.

In this there is safety and peace.

Dang! One of the most insightful and longest responses I have ever received to a post on this website. Well Done Jim!!

Now, if I could, I would like to add just a bit…

  1. I agree with his point about some up and coming Republicans appearing to be both conservative and dedicated to making changes for the better. I guess I am just too jaded and cynical to think they can survive or keep to their initial appearance of being a good guy. I always seem to end up disappointed in all of them.
  2. Thank you!!!!! Another person see QAnon crap for what it is. If you think QAnon has even a shred of credibility then re-read Jim’s words…then read my article “QAnon is Real !” < click here to read >
  3. I was thrilled to see how Jim had researched LEO activity in infiltrating various groups that they target. It is shameful what they do and how they do it…then crucify otherwise innocent folks in the process. I wish more folks would wake up to what the federal law enforcement agencies do and who they are…it would help stop their authoritarian secret police ways.
  4. I think Jim’s words regarding Jan 6th were level-headed and spot on. Many of the folks that were there fell into one of two traps, one of their own making, another set-up by federal LEO’s. I can imagine about two days later when those folks woke up and realized what they had done…oh boy. But it sure did fuel the fire against Conservatives, patriots, militias, Trump followers, etc…and not in a good way…no, not at all. Jim’s lessons learned were really, really good…please review them
  5. I’m not as “gray” as Trimble recommends…” ?????!!!!!????? What the heck Jim????!!!!!!???? Did you not read “Rise up !” and the follow-up article “Rise up ! Actions & Suggestions”? There is no more “gray”…it is full-on, get it on, now. No, not in any kind of violent way…but it is time to take action…make things happen, get involved!!

Finally, thank you again Jim, I really appreciate the time and effort in your response. I love to hear what folks have to say and especially when it is so well thought out and so well said. I hope more folks take your lead and send me more views, opinions, and additional information as you did. Heck dude, maybe you should be a guest writer from time to time!

Folks, think about Jim has said…think hard…make sure you are coming down on the right side of this thing.

GARDEN: Strawberry Patch 2022 Fall Update

OK, this is a new kind of post for me. Yes, it is about our strawberry patch, that stays the same. What is different is how I produce it.

Recently, about 2 weeks ago, I upgraded from our old laptop computer to a new unit. Our old one was running system software and programs from 16 years ago. Yeah, ancient stone tablets…I know. The main problem was the old laptop keep heating up and shutting down…losing work in the process. We didn’t have a lot of choice, had to upgrade.

Along with the computer upgrade I wanted to get away from Microsoft products…that meant leaving Microsoft Office…Yea! After a whole lot of research I decided on LibreOffice suite. It basically looks and acts just as Microsoft Office…but it is free! I have been using it for two weeks, and there is a small learning curve, but it is working out great.

So, I am using LibreOffice Impress (Microsoft Powerpoint) to take photos, adding narratives, and then producing JPEG pictures for the actual post. Then I take the Impress presentation and create a PDF file to attach to the post so folks can download it should they desire to do so.

So now on with the strawberry info…

I have been working on our strawberry patch all summer. My goals were to: 1) establish the original 6 plants in the most healthy state as possible, 2) increase the size of the patch for next year. Goal #1…done! The original 6 plants are in fantastic shape and produced a ton of runners. From those runners I was able to start a whole bunch of “daughter” plants.

So the first round of transplanting yielded 15 plants that I put into 5 more containers. That project can be looked at in a previous post < click here >. Once I got those plants transplanted I was able to start 10 more “daughter” plants. That was successful…and I mean it went really well and the new plants looked great! But I was out of containers and I wanted to test my new raised bed concept.

Next year we are going with raised bed gardening. We tried “post hole” and it just didn’t work out. We ruled out conventional gardening due to the soil and HUGE amount of amending we would have to do…simply wouldn’t make sense from a work or cost perspective.  So we wanted to try container and raised bed styles. This past summer we tried container gardening and it went well. But, I could tell it wouldn’t be practical for any kind of large gardening…meaning, we simply couldn’t grow enough food in containers. But, it would work for something like strawberries. The last of the strawberry patch plants gave us the opportunity to test our raised bed plans.

The last of the plants would go in a 2′ (wide) x 12′ (long) x 14″ (height) that I would build myself. I didn’t want the planters to be complicated, expensive, or difficult to build. So I went with four 2″ x 6″ x 12′ along with some scrap 4″ x 4″ that I had laying around. Yeah, I don’t throw out any lumber anymore…its worth way too much money and comes in useful down the road. I went with a 14″ tall bed, 10″ – 11″ will be soil, then a little bit of wood chips on top, and enough space to allow the water to not flow off and cause erosion problems. I only needed the stacked 2×6’s for a total of 11″ height since strawberry roots only go about 6″ – 9″ deep.

I decided on 2 stacked 2″x6″ boards because they were about 2/3rds the price of a single 2″x12″ board.

FYI…”experts” have opinions on the ideal soil depth in raised beds ranging from 8″ – 11″. Problem is there is no one ideal depth for soil. The depth of the soil is strictly dependent on the plant type…and it varies quite a bit…6″ – 18″ more or less. Here is a chart to give you an general idea…

And even with the chart you can make adjustments…such as with tomatoes. You can actually plant tomatoes horizontally. Since water uptake is the main need for tomatoes they don’t generally care about how the roots are arranged, just the fact that they can get enough water into the plant.

So here are the specifics of the project. You can click each picture/graphic to enlarge it. At the end of the article you can click the link to download PDF file.

Warning Again : US Economy Continues to Fail

The latest GDP numbers came out and showed that we are officially out of a recession. Yeah, “officially” is the key word. And who produces the “official” numbers Biden’s regime. And interesting that those numbers come out within 2 weeks of the mid-term elections.

Perfect timing don’t you agree?

But let’s look at the numbers themselves so you get a real picture of what is happening.

As a reminder GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is the monetary measure of the market value of all the final goods and services produced and sold in the US. The “gross” number is often manipulated by those preparing the final number to ensure “accuracy.” The final number is adjusted/revised for things such as inflation and population changes. There is also “real“ inflation and “nominal” inflation, I will use the numbers produced by the government.

Official GPP came out at up 2.6%, meaning the US economy grew at that rate…showing we are officially out of the recession the country has been in for the past 6 months. But let’s look at the numbers behind the growth.

Business investment fell 8.5% and consumer spending increased less than 1.5%. With those numbers how did the economy manage to grow 2.6% and isn’t that a good number? Well, let’s look at how the growth number got its growth, then you decide on any good or bad outcomes.

First off, US federal government spending grew 2.6%. That may sound good at first but where did the money come from that they spent? It came out of your pocket or they printed it. Meaning you couldn’t spend it on your family because the federal government took it from you. And since they can’t take enough money out of citizen’s pockets, they printed it…which devalues the US dollar. Both cases suck for the average US citizen…as you can feel every time you go to the store to buy food or to put gas in your car.

The rest of the growth came from a number that is called “net exports”, which is total imports minus total total exports and mostly referred to as the “trade deficit.” When US companies make, sell, and ship goods overseas (exports) that is a good thing economically for America…we’re making money. When we buy goods from overseas (imports) and they ship it to us that is a good thing economically for the foreign countries and their citizens. Now, granted, it could mean we are paying less for an item from overseas vs made in America. Good for our wallet, bad for our employment and overall national economic situation.

In the case of our current GDP; 1) our imports fell substantially, meaning we bought less stuff from overseas because we couldn’t afford it, 2) our exports fell very modestly. That reduction is trade deficit amounted for 2.7% of the 2.6% GDP growth. But what did the US export? The #1 export category of US goods…oil/fuel.

So pull US government spending out of the current GDP numbers, then pull out oil exports and what do you have left? RECESSION!! And that number is holding for 3 consecutive quarters…DEEP RECESSION!

Oh, hang on…remember that Biden is emptying out the Strategic Oil Reserve…and a lot of it has been sold and shipped overseas…Coincidence?

Did you read my article “SitRep – 10/19/2022 – Dire Warning !”? In that article I explained how the US government calculates unemployment numbers. Why is that important? To determine whether the US is in a “depression” or not is primarily being in a prolonged recession plus high unemployment numbers. Three consecutive quarters of recession is pretty prolonged in my book, right? But what about unemployment?

The US government says our unemployment is 3.5%, but we know that based on the calculation formula used 30 years ago the actual unemployment number should show about 8% unemployment. And remember history, the official unemployment rate slightly into the Great Depression (1931) hit 16%. So man we are lucky, we are only half way there! Really?

Let’s crunch some numbers:
• An estimated 260,000,000 adults (18+) in the US.
• The US civilian labor force is estimated at 165,000,000 people.
• The current number of adults holding a job in the US is estimated at 153,000,000.
• That gives you an actual 7.3% unemployment rate, more than double what the “official” government number is.
• But, compared to total adults that could work…that is a staggering 41% unemployment rate!

Yeah, over 41% of US adults do not work! Can you believe that numbers!!!! So why is that “41%” number important? Ah, that is not the important number to consider…yet.

Approximately 60% of all Americans that are employed don’t pay federal income taxes. That means 61,000,000 people carry the financial load of the US federal government tax collection scheme. And in 2021 about 1.8trillion dollars was collected from individuals, not corporations. That works out to about $29,500 per working person in the US who actually pay income taxes! That is 24% of the adult US population pays for the other 76% of adults who either don’t work or don’t pay income taxes. Let that number sink in for awhile.

[ click image to enlarge ]

Some other important numbers to consider when considering who is responsible for the national debt that is over 31trillion dollars:

  • The national debt works out to over $508,000 per taxpayer.
  • At the current average amount that each taxpayer pays each year in income tax, it would take each taxpayer more than 17 years to pay off the national debt…if 100% of what they paid went to the debt…AND the federal government never borrowed any more money going forward.
Summary –

The economy is toast!

Why? Here…

  • When you look at real numbers we are in a deep recession.
  • Net wages are shrinking at over 3% per year, sometimes much more, including during times when gross wages go up at historic rates, net wages continue to shrink
  • Only 60% of American adults work, worse than the Great Depression unemployment numbers.
  • Only 24% of Americans fund the government, 76% of Americans take advantage of the federal government.
  • The national debt can never realistically be paid off…period. It is 100% impossible!
  • The debt to GDP ratio in the USA is 134%…VERY dangerous territory.
  • 38,000,000 of people who aren’t working are living off of credit cards, loans, and borrowing from friends and family to pay their bills. And, private debt is at an all time high…as well as debt default is at at an all time high.
  • More than 20,000,000 adults are living off of federal government welfare programs to pay their bills.

Why is all of this important? Two reasons…

One, the US federal government is feeding us pure bullsh*t when it comes to economic numbers. They manipulate the economic numbers to paint a pretty picture to keep the pitchfork mobs away from Washington DC…and help the mid-term election results for those who are presently causing the economic problems.

Two, you must understand where we are so you can prepare for what is coming.

What is coming…What do you think? Do you seriously think there is any realistic positive outcome to our economic situation? Do you see any upside to the economic situation? How do you think governments pull out of situations like this?

Well, that is the kicker here, and it ain’t good. 100% of the time this kind of economic situation always ends up in war of some kind. And when super powers are involved it usually ends up in a world war.

So think about that but also think about this…

1. What does the US look like during the time till war hits…then afterwards?

FAQ – 10/28/2022

  • Do you think there is a civil war coming? The media has been talking about it a lot lately.

Yes, without a doubt. The only exception to that “yes” would be if Jesus the Christ Himself comes again and intervenes.

We are simply too divided and polarized as a country…our values are beyond reconciliation. There is about 1/2 of the country who willingly adopt dark and evil values compared to all others.

A recent article on that subject stated as the #1 challenge to not having a civil war is…

“Stop to Reset: Destabilizing times like ours can be fertile ground for changing our more entrenched patterns—but only if we take advantage of them by committing to a significant reset. That is, by pausing sufficiently to be reflective and intentional about the next path we choose.”

Did you notice the terminology, the specific term, “reset” was used. And that is exactly what the elites want…a “reset.” They want us in such a condition that we will agree to, beg for, even demand, a change in our awful condition. And there are lots of folks in power that have the perfect picture for a reset…and it ain’t anything like a Constitutional Republic!

An ill-conceived, ill-planned, ill-timed, ill-executed civil war of restoration would involve brutal violence the likes we’ve never seen. But I am sure that a civil war is coming…its exact nature, form, and timing is still hidden.

  • How in the world do we fix our country?

The answer could be extremely simple, something along the lines of…

      • Restore the original Constitution and the Bill of Rights in their entirety; and transition the existing US federal government into compliance within a 2-year period.
      • Nullify all Constitutional Amendments beyond the 10th (11th – 27th).
      • For a 28th Amendment – For clarity revise wording of the 14th Amendment regarding defining citizenship, the Privileges or Immunities Clause, the Due Process Clause, and the Equal Protection Clause.
      • For the 29th Amendment – Contains equal rights and protections that essentially states that all US citizens have equal rights and no person’s rights shall infringe upon another person’s rights.
      • For the 30th Amendment – Term limits for elected offices; 1) President = two 4-year terms, 2) Senators = one 6-year term, 3) Representatives = three 2-year terms.
      • For the 31st Amendment – Clarify and use the wording of the current 25th Amendment.
      • For the 32nd Amendment – All legislation that increase taxes, fees, etc. is required to be passed in a general election by a 66% majority of voting US citizens. Also, requires any salary increase for any elected official (President, Vice-President, Congressman, etc.) to be passed in a general election by a 66% majority of voting US citizens. Forbids any elected official or any federal employee to trade directly in any financial market; investments must be held in a blind trust.
      • For the 33rd Amendment – All federal government operations and business transactions are 100% transparent and made available online within 72-hours of those operations/business is conducted. That includes no “secret” meetings, hearing, etc. are to be conducted. All emails and text messages are included in this Amendment.
      • For the 34th Amendment – All federal lands will be transferred in back into private ownership hands with the exception of military bases; 1) respective states will take possession of all national monuments and parks within 90-days, 2) all other federal lands, excepting military bases, will be placed in a lottery system with all valid US citizens over the age of 18 automatically entered, the lands will be dispersed accordingly.

I said the answer was simple…the adoption of the answer 100% impossible…implementation 110% impossible. Besides all of the above was just blabbering on my part.

We are stuck on a path of national destruction.

  • You have written a lot about the CIA and FBI over the years. You have nailed it over and over again. For a long time you were a lone voice exposing their sh*t. Are you worried about what the goons could do to you?

What…Am I going to say “no” in some macho display of bravado? Of course I am worried.

And yes, I am also worried about what they might do to my wife, my kids, and my grand-kids. I worry about what they can do, and currently do, to anyone and everyone in the United States. They are an unchecked and uncontrolled force of evil in the US. No one can reign them in, they work for a far more powerful force than the US government. They can terrorize at will, they can abduct at will, they can torture at will, they have proven time and time again that they can even kill at will. The only thing I have going for me is my low-profile presence online. While I write about them…I imagine they aren’t as concerned about me as much as folks such as James Gordon Meek, the reporter that the FBI/CIA disappeared in April 2022. And right now the FBI has been concentrating on persecuting and terrorizing pro-life activists…including 87-year old women. But, who knows…maybe one day my time will come. If it does…it does…and I will deal with it when that day comes, if it does. Don’t forget, I have already been interrogated three times by federal agents and had to deal with US District Attorneys for almost 6 months at one point several years ago. The shine is off those experiences…and besides, I am a crotchety old man now.

TIP: Canning Jar Lids – BUY ‘em!!

Think about it for just a minute…if you want to eat one jar of food per day and you want to have a year’s supply of food, that means you need 30 dozen canning jars. And that my friend means you need to have 30 dozen canning jar lids…and that is just for one year’s worth of food. That’s a lot of lids.

Now, another thought…what happens to all of those canning jars that other folks have right now, filled with food, and stocked on their shelves, after they empty them and eaten the contents? Meaning, next year when they go to can their garden goodies and they have no lids? Or, about the 2nd year of an extended “grid-down” event and they have no more lids?

My point…buy lots of canning jar lids! Look, if you have the lids then you can use your jars. No lids means no usable jars for canning.

I started the habit that each time I go in Walmart to shop, regardless of the item(s), I always buy a box of canning jar lids (12). Most of the time it is regular mouth, sometimes large mouth. Occasionally I will buy the box that contains 12 lids and 12 rings. The rings I have might go bad via rust, etc. But, I think to myself…if things are bad, a person has jars without lids or rings…then I might get a pretty good trade out of it and end up with a bunch more jars. Or conversely, they have an item or skill that you need…trade your rings and/or lids for what you need.

If you have plenty of cash laying around and you want to invest in a durable, practical item then lids and/or rings are a pretty good option if you ask me. I would only buy Ball or Kerr lids and/or rings if realistic. But, I also don’t have a problem with Golden Harvest. Yes, you can buy lids online at places like Amazon. I have heard and read that most of the Ball or Kerr lids purchased on Amazon are actually counterfeit.

Just a thought…When it works out budget-wise (meaning occasionally), I also buy a case (12pk) of canning jars at Walmart when I am there. I may not need the jars right then, but I will need them eventually. Yup, I will either use them to can next year’s garden produce…or, I will use them for barter when the time is right. Either way, I am putting up a valuable commodity to be used later. So far, since May, I’ve bought an extra 10 cases of canning jars…without any noticeable financial pain. Look at it as a “precious metal” without any metal involved. And maybe, just maybe, in the future they will be more precious than precious metals.
